We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing and Business Development professional to grow surgeon membership and engagement with two separate but complimentary clinical registries. The applicant must be self-employed.
An exciting and rewarding position has become available for an experienced Business Development Manager with two orthopaedic clinical registries – the UK National Ligament Registry (NLR) and the International Cartilage Repair Society Patient Registry (ICRS). Both Registries collect specific patient outcome data and details on procedures that involve the knee and other joints.
The Registries are run by 2 separate organisations and share the same web based data collection platform, managed by Amplitude-Clinical based in Droitwich UK.
We are working together to find an energetic and enthusiastic individual to promote, develop and administer the respective registries as well as engage with new and existing users. Networking is a crucial element of the job and you will be required to attend conferences, meetings and industry events, both nationally and internationally.
You will be required to work according to your own initiative in order to sign up new members and initially support them to engage with the process. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and a drive for understanding the results of surgery and treatments. The role requires a confident individual with experience and knowledge of the healthcare industry and the ability to communicate with people at all levels – surgeons, hospital managers, support staff and with senior Sales and Marketing professionals in industry who support us with sponsorship.
