Following the success of the 2023 Surgical Skills Course at Aspetar in Doha, Qatar, we are thrilled to announce the return of this premium educational event on February 6-9, 2025, under the esteemed leadership of Course Chair Dr. Emmanuel T. Papacostas.
International and local faculty will showcase the newest developments in surgical treatment, with extensive explanations of diagnosis and decision-making processes. In the wetlab (with human specimen), participants (only 30 spots available: first come, first serve) will be exposed to the majority of everyday techniques, being instructed by some of the most experienced cartilage surgeons in the world. In the theoretical part (up to 100 participants), all angles will be covered, and for those who participate in lectures only, simultaneously broadcasting from the lab will allow them to get tips and tricks from the faculty. A highlight will be the inclusion of rehabilitation, with dedicated lectures and a hands-on program on Sunday, February 9th. We urge rehabilitation specialists interested in cartilage and joint restoration to attend, while surgeons or sports medicine doctors are welcome too (limited spots, pre-booking necessary).
