The objectives of the programme are to provide young postdoctoral scientists with an opportunity for international exchange in a stimulating environment and to gain exposure to high quality basic research in laboratories that are world famous for their work in orthopaedic tissue regeneration. Selected as potential leaders in the field of cartilage regeneration and repair, fellows will be accompanied on a 10-12 day tour to several laboratories, led by a distinguished and experienced scientist who will act as a mentor throughout the trip. The Fellowship Programme includes attending the ICRS World Congress. The Fellows will be selected in open competition by an expert panel established through ON Foundation Board and the ICRS fellowship, scholarship and research grants committee.
Vacancies: 3-4 candidates every 18 month with alternating tours to Europe, North-America or Asia
Next Application: The next Science Fellows programme will visit a few laboratories in Asia, winding up at the ICRS World Congress in Macau
Tour Dates: March 30 – April 12 and includes the 14th ICRS World Congress in Macau (from April 9-12, 2018).
