Call for Abstracts

The organizing committee of the ICRS Focus Meeting Rome “One Step Cartilage Repair”, is pleased to invite Authors to submit novel exciting abstracts for Poster Presentation, latest until April 7, 2019. Important: Please note that only the 40 very best abstracts will be accepted as posters.

Deadline for abstract submission:  April 7, 2019, at midnight CET (no extension will be possible)

Abstract Format

Abstracts must be submitted in English within the following structure:
Goals – Materials & Methods – Results – Discussion – Conclusions.
Abstract length is limited to a maximum of 300 words (no graphics, Pics, Tabs).

Confirmation of Abstracts

Scientific contributions will be confirmed by April 14 2019 by E-Mail to the submitting author. The submitting author must inform co-authors of the notification result. Presenting Authors of accepted abstracts will be required to reconfirm their presentations. ICRS requires each presenting author to complete his/her own full registration to the congress to validate the corresponding abstracts in the programme. They must cover own travel, lodging and registration fees.

Poster Information

Authors are welcome to add images, tables and detailed data to better document their work.  All abstracts accepted as posters will be presented at the Congress as wall paper posters in a display are within the ICRS Focus Meeting Exhibition Area. ICRS does not undertake any action for the printing of accepted Posters. The availability of the correct print poster version on-site in totally under the presenting author’s responsibility.

The best POSTERS will receive the best poster certificate
