This document must be sent to our office at office@cartilage.org immediately after registration to confirm the specially reduced registration fee. ** Accompanying persons have no access to the scientific sessions of the congress but are cordially invited to attend the opening session and the welcome cocktail.
Attention: ICRS-Members who are not in good standing with their membership dues 2018/2019 will automatically be charged with the non-member fee by the registration system.
These early morning sessions will be chaired by world-renowned leaders and provide a unique possibility to obtain a compact knowledge about a specific topic in a small group. These sessions are geared towards young scientist / clinicians and seasoned specialists. In addition, this time allows delegates to bring their problem and complex cases for discussion with the opinion leaders in cartilage repair. Pre-registration is required to sign-up for these sessions during the online congress registration process. These workshops are not included in the congress registration fee and the number of participants is limited to 40 participants for each session.

Written notification per email is required for all congress cancellations and name changes. Notifications should be sent to the Cartilage Executive Office office@cartilage.org
Refunds for congress cancellations are as follows:
In case of a congress cancellation due to rejection of an abstract, the full amount of the paid registration fee will be refunded.
Name changes will be charged with a fee of € 100.00.
Congress fees will be reimbursed if the congress is cancelled for other reasons than war, warlike events, and acts of terrorism or sickness epidemics. In the latter circumstances, only a proportion of the congress fee would be refundable.
The ICRS 2019 World Congress Vancouver is an accredited Group Learning Activity (Section 1) as defined by the Maintenance of Certification program of The Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, and approved by The Canadian Orthopaedic Association. The ICRS event is accredited for a maximum of 22 Section 1 CME credits. Each medical specialist should claim only those credits that he/she actually spent in the educational activity.
As a special courtesy, ICRS will provide free basic WLAN Hot Spots to all attendees and exhibitors in the convention area
