I wish that you get relieved of your pain soon, and do best in life. As you asked about any treatment for knee injury, I must quote my aunt's experience here. She had injured her knee joint last year. she was in great pain, a friend suggested her stem cell therapy to avoid surgery. It took her months to recover but now she is in a good condition. It's important to prioritize your knee health if you're experiencing cartilage damage while playing soccer. Consult with a healthcare professional to assess the damage and explore treatment options. Modify your training to include low-impact exercises and consider techniques to reduce strain during play.john Michael
