Utrecht

About Utrecht

Utrecht is the lively, beating heart of Holland, an ancient university town built around the Dom Tower. Utrecht is known for its city center with wharf cellars along the canals housing cafes and terraces by the water. Utrecht is remarkably compact and orderly. Museums, stores and hotels are located centrally and the medieval city centre is perfect for discovering by foot. For example; visit the intimate farmers markets or go looking for the most beautiful, cosiest places in the city. Because the city really comes alive in those charming squares and countless alleyways.
