General description of your program: The Steadman Philippon Research Institute is an orthopaedic sports medicine research institute dedicated to keeping people of all ages physically active through ortopaedic research and education in the areas of arthritis, healing, rehabiliation and injury prevention. The institute is an independent, tax-exempt charitable organization, employing scientists, researchers, fellows, visiting scholars and interns.
