Cartilage Repair 2020 Virtual Convention

FAQs

Promotion of Sponsors and Exhibitors

How will ICRS promote its sponsors and exhibitors before the start of the Virtual Convention?

ICRS will promote its sponsors and exhibitors as follows:

  • E-Mail blasts to be sent out (in conjunction with OTWVC)
  • Social Media (in conjunction with OTWVC)
  • Company logos placed on https://cartilage.org/virtual2020/ with direct links to their company website

How is the audience pushed to actively visit the virtual exhibition?

There are 3 ways to bring the audience to the digital booths:

  1. The commentators remind the audience to visit the digital booths several times during the lectures.
  2. There will be one or two breaks during the lectures to encourage the audience to visit the digital booths.
  3. Finally, OTWVC will be sending a box of convention gifts to each member of the audience who visits 10 booths.  There is a counter which tracks how many digital exhibit booths an audience member visits. The commentators will be reminding the audience that they can receive this box of “swag”, courtesy of OTW Virtual Convention.  Sponsors and digital booth exhibitors are invited to add items with their logos to the box as well. That is an individual decision for each sponsor and/or exhibitor.

What is the incentive for participants to visit the virtual booths?

A box of ‘swag’, which is a collection of approximately 10 promotional items from OTW Virtual Convention (pens, etc.) will be provided and each digital booth exhibitor is invited to contribute items to the box as well. Each registrant who visits 10 exhibitor booths is eligible for the box of promotional items.  The commentators who will be the master of ceremonies for the lecture hall will be reminding attendees of this promotion.

Can sponsor banners be displayed on the lecture page?

Yes, of course.

Can sponsors be brought up during lectures?

Yes, there will be commentators in charge of mentioning the sponsors and inviting audience members to actively visit the exhibit hall.

Analytics

What kind of data will be provided to the sponsors and exhibitors?

The digital exhibit hall will provide data such as: how many people came to visit the booth, how many booth visits in total, specific visits to the booth, which links were clicked on and much more, including what products they explored, how much time they spent in the booth, what lectures they attended, etc.

Building of Booth / Booth Categories & Features

Can exhibitors go through their own agency to build their booth?

An exhibitor cannot go through their own agency to build the booth. However, there will be an Admin Tool which the sponsor will use to ‘drag and drop’ content into its booth.  It is very easy to use and allows each exhibitor to customize entirely the booth. Content which may be loaded into the booth includes all types of image files for glamour shots, pdf files and videos.
