Important: Mid-September is still high season in Sitges and finding suitable accommodation might be difficult. The ICRS has therefore made a major commitment to the City of Sitges and particularly to the Hotel Melia to secure a sufficient block of quality hotel rooms at competitive rates within easy reach of the venue. We kindly ask participants and industry partners to book their hotel rooms in Sitges through the official hotel reservation links below. Attention: We strongly recommend our participants to only use our official accommodation partner, Viajes Munditravel SL, when making hotel reservations. There is a small handling charge of 15 Euros for this personalized service, but we guarantee excellent discounted rates in our selected hotels. Hotel rooms will be allocated on a first come, first-serve basis. Early hotel booking is strongly recommended. Reservations can only be confirmed upon availability by Viajes Munditravel SL.
Fraudulent companies pretending to be the official ICRS housing agency are trying to contact participants by offering assistance with hotel reservations. Do not trust such calls or sites that do not represent ICRS and do not provide your credit card information to anyone other than our official accommodation & tour booking Agency Munditravel.

Online reservations should be submitted as early as possible but not later than June 30, 2023. Rooms will be confirmed on a first-come, first-serve policy. Reservations thereafter are only confirmed upon availability and the hote l may charge a significantly higher rate.

Group Reservations – Industry
Munditravel is pleased to receive group reservations requests for accommodations in Sitges (10 + more rooms). Please kindly contact Munditravel for any assistance and special arrangements.
Credit Card Guarantee / Payment / City Tax
A credit card is necessary to make your hotel reservation and full payment of the reserved Hotel Rooms plus a handling fee of Euro 15.00 is required to guarantee and secure your hotel reservation. Hotel, tours & transfers will be charged by Munditravel to your credit card upon booking. All the hotels in Sitges charge a separate city visitors tax of 1,00 to € 3.00 per person to be paid directly by the guests to the hotel upon check-out.
Hotel Room Cancellation
Cancellations are to be addressed to Munditravel in writing. The following cancellation fees apply:
For cancellations until June 15: No Charge
For cancellations between June 15 and July 31, 2023: Charge of 1 night.
For cancellations after July 31, 2023, and No-Shows: Charge of the entire reservation period.
Hotel Reservation Changes
Hotel reservation changes must be directed to Munditravel. Room night reductions of existing reservations are subject to the cancellation conditions as described above.
