Jakob Hax, MD, is a resident in hip and knee surgery at the Schulthess Clinic Zurich (CH) and is currently completing his Swiss residency in orthopedic surgery and traumatology of the musculoskeletal system.

Previous work experience included the University Hospital Zurich (CH) and the Cantonal Hospital Baden (CH). In addition to his clinical practice in orthopaedic surgery, he conducts research projects in the fields of hip and knee surgery on the subject of joint preservation and reconstruction. The focus is on sports orthopedics/traumatology and cartilage reconstruction.
