Adam Johnson is a diagnostic radiologist specializing in musculoskeletal imaging with a special interest in sports-related injuries and the role that imaging can play in diagnosis and follow-up. His academic endeavors have focused on impingement syndromes of the hip, elbow injuries in overhead athletes, and meniscal tears.

Adam has served as one of the lead radiologists for the local NBA, WNBA, and MLB franchises since 2014. He works alongside his orthopedic and nonoperative sports medicine colleagues in our outpatient clinic and has found that close working relationship to be one of the most rewarding aspects of his career.
