Dr Sathish Muthu is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Orthopaedics, Govt. Medical College & Hospital, Dindigul, TN, India. He is a research scholar at Sharda University, Delhi pursuing Ph.D. in Applied Stem Cell Biology & Regenerative Medicine. He did fellowships in Spine Surgery, Orthopedic Rheumatology and Regenerative Medicine. Dr Muthu is involved in research projects that evaluate the scope of regenerative medicine in everyday orthopedic ailments. So far he has published around 130+ research articles in peer reviewed indexed national and international journals. He has contributed to many book chapters and journal editorials. He is an ardent peer reviewer with over 175+ recognised peer reviews to high impact journals in the field of Orthopaedics and Cellular therapy. He is the recipient of various national awards such as Indian Achievers Award for the year 2021. He has been instrumental in standardisation of various cellular therapies to be made applicable for clinical practise with accountable results in India.
