Dr. Hinckel is an orthopaedic surgeon in Detroit, MI. Dr Hinckel graduated from Medicine School in 2006 in University of São Paulo and attended to residency between 2008 and 2010, in the Institute of Orthopedics and Traumatology, Clinics Hospital, University of São Paulo. In 2011 she did a fellowship in Knee Surgery and in 2016 she graduated on her PhD, also in the same Hospital. She continued to improve her knowledge by fellowships abroad including Dr David Dejour, France, Dr Elizabeth Arendt, MN, USA, Andreas Gomoll, MA, USA and Dr Jack Farr, IN, USA. As a young surgeon she is very enthusiastic to join the International Cartilage Repair Society and contribute to the evolution of this field, by means of research and helping in the ICRS committee. Also, she is very interested in the patellofemoral joint and, specially, in the overlap between these two areas.
