  • September 15, 2026 – Deadline for ICRS 2027 Travelling Fellowship applications. ​
  • October 15, 2026 – Deadline for abstract submissions (midnight CEST). ​
  • Beginning of January 2027 – Notification of abstract acceptance or rejection sent to submitting authors.
  • January 15, 2027 – Early bird registration fee deadline. Deadline cancellation of registration (50%).
  • March 31, 2027 – Deadline course registration normal fee.
  • April 1, 2027 – Increased Late Fee.
