ICRS Cartilage Session
(A cartilage session with ICRS faculty as part of your event)
Requirements/Conditions: ICRS approval or own organisation of the ICRS Session / If possible, ICRS Members receive reduced registration fees (if available to other participants) / Upon request: ICRS gets complimentary congress bag insert, or advert in the main programme.
Your benefits: Use of the ICRS logo as endorsing Society / Inclusion of your event in ICRS congress calendar and social media.
Cost: Travelling costs of ICRS Faculty Members to be reimbursed by event organiser.
ICRS Approved Meeting/Course/Congress
(ICRS endorsement for your event)
Requirements/Conditions: ICRS approval of Scientific Meeting content / At least one person of the organising committee members must be an ICRS Member / ICRS Members receive reduced registration fees if available to other participants / Complimentary congress bag insert, or advert in the main programme / Link from the event website to the ICRS website.
Your benefits: Use of the ICRS-Approved logo / Partial marketing support by ICRS: Inclusion of your event in ICRS Congress Calendar, ICRS homepage ¨News¨ section, E-Newsletter and Socials.
Cost: € 1000 flat fee for events up to 70 participants – € 2000 flat fee for bigger events.
ICRS Regional Meeting
(ICRS endorsement and full marketing support for your event)
Requirements / Conditions: ICRS approval of Scientific Meeting content / At least one person of the organising committee members must be an ICRS Member / At least one ICRS Executive Board or General Board Member should be invited as a keynote speaker / ICRS controls the corporate branding / ICRS Members receive at least 25% reduced registration fees.
Your benefits: Use of the ICRS brand / Full marketing support via all ICRS marketing channels / Seal of Excellence / Support with speaker acquisition, leveraging ICRS’s network and reputation / Profit Potential: The ICRS does not share in the revenue. Cost: € 10’000 flat fee.
