Room rates (per room per night, excluding breakfast):

  • Single Occupancy USD 249, plus tax (16.45%)
  • Double Occupancy USD 249, plus tax (16.45%)
  • Triple Occupancy USD 269, plus tax (16.45%)
  • Suite USD 389 and up, plus tax (16.45%)

Hotel Room Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations must be addressed directly to the hotel. The following cancellation fees will apply:

  • Cancellations before and up until September 15, 2025: No charge
  • Cancellations from September 16-30, 2025: One night room & tax penalty charged
  • Cancellations from October 1, 2025, and no-shows: charge for entire reservation period.

Credit Card Guarantee / Payment:

A credit card guarantee for the entire reservation period is required to confirm and secure your hotel room reservation. Please note that your hotel invoice must be settled directly with the hotel upon checkout.
