    Laboratory Skills for Scientists (Hands-on Workshop A)
    Location:  Hubrecht Institute,  Uppsalalaan 8, NL-3584 CT Utrecht
    The Laboratory skills is a combination on hands-on laboratory sessions and demonstrations. Participants will perform cell isolation, culture and passaging. In addition, histological staining and scoring will be practiced, as well as analysis of extracellular matrix composition by means of biochemical assays. Finally, through demonstrations participants will be acquainted with state-of-the-art bioprinting approaches and in vitro (on chip) models of the knee joint.
