Orthopaedic Giant Freddie Fu dies at age 70 † (1950-2021)

The ICRS family has lost one of its finest members, Dr. Freddie H. Fu. He was an ICRS member since the very beginning of our association in 1997 and Chairman of the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery, University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine and Distinguished Service Professor, University of Pittsburgh. Dr. Fu specialized in Sports Medicine and served as the Head Team Physician for the University of Pittsburgh Athletic Department. He died this Friday in Pittsburgh at the age of 70.
